Return Window :
- You may return an item within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions :
- Item must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
- Return request must be initiated via email.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items :
- Used products.
- Items on sale or purchased during promotional events.
- Personal care products opened due to hygiene reasons
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days.
